Privacy Policy for Springlife Mobile Application

At Springlife Maintenance Service Pte Ltd ("Springlife," "we," "us," or "our"), we value and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
 

Information We Collect

We may collect and process:

1. Personal identifiable information, such as:

   1. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password;

   2. If you choose to provide it, we may collect additional information such as your profile picture and contact details.

2. Usage Information like how you interact with the App, including the features you use, the content you view, and your interactions with other users:

   1. Geo-location.
       

Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

1. Provide and improve the App's functionality and user experience;

2. Communicate with you about your account, updates, and new features;

3. Perform data analysis and research to enhance our services.

 

We may use de-identified and aggregated data for statistical or analytical purposes.
 

Non-Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties without your consent. We may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique Personal Information is not transferred to the third party without your explicit consent. In addition, we may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or provide customer support. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Springlife, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your Personal Information.

We may share your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that any such action is necessary to:

1. Comply with any legal process or requirements served on Springlife or the App;

2. To enforce our rights or protect the safety and security of our users or our properties;

3. act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of App, or the general public.

We may also disclose your information to third parties:

1. In the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets; 

2. if Springlife or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets.
    

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware that no security measures can guarantee absolute protection. We encourage you to take steps to protect your own information.
 

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Access to, Updating, and Non-Use of Your Personal Information
 

Subject to the exceptions referred to in section 21(2) of PDPA, you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please send an email to admin@springlife.sg. We may make a small charge for this service.

 

We want to ensure that your Personal Information is accurate and up to date. If any of the information that you have provided to Springlife changes, for example if you change your email address, name or contact number, you can access and update your personal information through your account settings in the App.

 

You have the right to delete your Personal Information by accessing the account settings in the App to delete your account. Through account deletion, we will remove all Personal Information of you.
 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
